The Dialysis Hub

The Dialysis Hub extends heartfelt gratitude to kidney care organizations, foundations and corporations that undertake the critical role of understanding kidney health. Their research and funding yield the scientific evidence that informs clinical practice. We value the nurses and other health professionals who carry this work forward with skill and dedication every day. 

New possibilities open up for patients thanks to significant, collaborative strength. The Dialysis Hub works in concert with these efforts. We are the central hub for coordinated patient support, information services and resource distribution. We believe that when life is enriched beyond treatment, dialysis becomes only part of the journey, not the whole story. 

HERE'S HOW WE PROGRESS:

Organization:

We launch via a GoFundMe Campaign to fund startup costs. (Insert link) We build revenue for sustainable business operations.

- Advanced AI Technology, Interactive Learning and Implement Kaizen for Continuous Improvement.

Volunteer Program:

Patients return to light duty work and run daily operations in flexible, part-time and remote positions.

- Increase Health Literacy Among Patients and Caregivers

- Reduce Avoidable Health Care Utilization

- Reduce the Burden of Chronic Illness

On a personal note, I am a 16-yr patient and know this journey all too well. As someone who relies on help from others, I set a goal to serve dialysis patients with deeply meaningful revitalization and restoration. In the spirit of reciprocity, I share what works in my own life and hope others find value in it as well. The Dialysis Hub is a catalyst for intentional, impactful living.
